More control of the recipe for Mead/Cider making#128

I would like to see more control for Mead making. I dont need a boil in my recipe just a “mash to make the must” if you will. Also I need to be able to tell the recipe how much water to use. This could be something that is activated when Mead or Cider is chosen as the style.

The minimum boil time is 1 minute. Can you just let us enter zero so that it simply skips it?
