Better end cap for pump filter#143

Hi, I have recently started using th Grainfather and find it brilliant. One simble upgrade for future models would be to make the cap on the end of the pump filter a screw on stainless one, not pushon silicone. Dispite my best efforts i seem to always knock it off when scraping the heating plate during the boil. It may be meant to come off to avoid a disaster with the filter becoming clogged. Anyway, just a suggestion. Thanks

Hi Jon, thanks for the feedback. Many customers hose clamp it in place to avoid it coming off. And yes it was designed this way primarily so that it was easy enough to remove for cleaning. Because of the customer comments like yours, we changed the design for the G70, and this will flow on to future products.
