Vol Scale function - Add option to limit decimal places#170

Please consider adding decimal place option to all scale and conversion options

currently if you scale recipe volume you get scaled result that can go out 4 to 5+ decimal places

example scaled from 6 gal to 6.5 and firtst item in grain bill now has 4.844563552833078 <- this is not useful

current work around change measurement from US to Metric which will ask for numbe to decimal positions to round to (2)
