if i set my units default to US Imperial then auto convert all recipes to my prefered settings#179

Its a real pain to look at recipies that were created in metric and trying to reference them and having to pull up a calculator to convert units on the fly. Please if i set my units to on standard convert when displaying to my prefered display units.

In version 4.5.1 of the app, we rolled out a feature to automatically convert all community recipes to your preferred unit. This feature is not on the web platform currently, but we’ll be adding it to web soon. Meanwhile you can always copy a recipe to your account and then change it to your preferred units and then delete when you no longer need that copy.
