Addition of Cooling step after the boil has completed#181

At present once the Boil / Hop stand is completed the brew day completes.
Would be good to add the Cooling step utilising the Wortometer to control cooling of the wort before transfer to Fermenter.

intresting could be helpful on setting temp req for late additions such as hop-stands or adjunct aditions like spices and coffees
