Better Tilt integration#212

would be nice to have time remaining for the total and current fermentation step in the Fermentation graph or dropdown.

the current tilt integration is really weak.. would be nice if it was more pug and play with less fiddeling around in the config to get it working. I would like to see a detect and one button click to set up and use as well as simplifying the delta between what the tilt reports as SG and my hydrometer
