Hop Extract as hop type choice#246

Currently only Leaf, Pellet and Plug are available as input for hops. The available hop extracts with ml (oz) as unit and very high AA percentages aren’t an option.
So now the estimated IBU isn’t quite right. So to design a recipe it’s tricky at best.
