The water profiles have a target ph, could you add a target mash ph and prediction?

Yes please, I totally agree. Mash pH is a critical measurement that should be allowed to be documented and estimated based on recipe input.
I agree as well. This is something that is really missing for me. An estimate of the mash PH based on the grain bill and water profile. Rather than adding an acid addition to my water I often use a small amount of acidulated malt to adjust my target mash PH. Currently I have to enter my recipe and water profile into another application just to do this task.

Bumping this, because the current water calculator is happily calculating acid additions for the sparge, but not the mash.
Agreed. Adding predicated mash pH to the water calculator of the Grainfather app would be great. App build 5.9.1 Build 3 currently allows for Source and Target water profile, but there is no projected/estimated mash pH shown to the user.
Please try and add support for estimated mash pH based off the recipe grain bill, source water, and additions.
Until then, I’ll keep using a seperate spreadsheet to estimate mash pH :(
Cheers
