Mash and sparge water amounts#268

Please create an option to use our own water amounts.

ie….
Looking at a clone recipe, the book says to mash with 10.6l of water, then sparge to collect 24l of wort.

Currently there is no way to do this, only to set the final amount of liquid. This then dictates my mash and sparge amounts. I do not know how much this effects things but I can guess targets will differ during the brewing process.
