A future update to the Brewing App I’d like to see is the ability to mix measuring units in the recipe and brewing session side of things. This would be especially helpful in the Extras and Water Additions section when calculating additions. Some additions for salts or acid come in at very small (i.e. 0.00x…) values when in ounces.
Yes, I know, just using metric would take care of it. please have sympathy for us silly Americans and our crappy system of units and measures…
Hi Adam, under the preferences section there is a toggle option to use Metric for water additions. Enabling this will show water additions in grams
Thanks for that. I don’t ever remember seeing that, or the last time I was in that section. Takes car of half of my problem, now for the Extras section…
also, just as FYI, the mixed units issue hase been requested in suggestions #’s 187 & #206 getting up voted 12 and 3 times respectivley, for a total of 16…
