All duplicated recipes should be private by default.#3

The default visability of a recipe that is duplicated should be private. Unless someone has bothered to edited it and then decides to share the new recipe it should remain private. This would reduce the many useless copies that show up when searching.

i would prefer not having them private but once you open the parent recipe having a nitificaiton that there are x nuimber of copies/variations and allowing the user to select in a tree type view the variation
