Wrong timing for Hop Stand#324

When we setup the hops to be used on the hop stand, the controller of G40 does not consider the setup hop stand temperature but asks to put the hops direcly at end of the boling. It should ask the user to drop temperature to the one setup in the hops section, then when temperature is correct, it should ask the user to add the hops.
