Change default boil temperature in profile to 100 deg C / 212 deg F#76

I had a problem with my second brew with the Grainfather using version 4.0.19 on my iPAD pro. Everything went fine until the main boil. The wort heated up and I had a rolling boil. The app was showing the temperature in the Grainfather but a target temperature of 0 degrees.
I decided to use manual timings for my hop and adjunct additions.
I subsequently found that in my profile the boil temperature was set to 0 degrees C. Why is this the default setting? Would it be possible to change the default to 100 degrees C / 212 degress F please?
I have changed my profile and I am hoping that this will fix the issue I had today. A screenshot of the issue I encountered is attached.
