stop bluetooth losing connection and being unable to re connect during the brew#82

In every brew session since using the new app, the bluetooth has lost connection and is unable to reconnect unless I re start the phone. I know this has been a problem for other brewers too. It needs fixing.

Yeesss, and today in app version 4.1.21 build 1 i CAN’T even TRAY to reconnect during breving. Overall app is fine but this issue makes me angry. Fix this PLEASE

I get exactly the same. No problem with bluetooth range and connectivity. Can download the brew session to the Grainfather but after that I have to set a manua alarm in the house to remind me of the stages. never get the yellow amber bar showing a session in progress though if I look through recipes you can see the session is in progress but can’t interact with it. Using a Samsung A20

Mine has being doing the same. Keeps loosing connection. Have to time and do everything manually. Also says bluetooth connection low. Using Samsung A30

I think it is down to the phone. The app works fine on my wife’s Sony xperia L3 and I even had the app work sucessfully on the Kindle after installing the android apk to run android apps.

I cooked on Saturday and I was furious again !!!
Loss of BT even at 10m. There was no notification about the addition of hops !!!
The old application went better

The bluetooth connections in the current app is the most stable connection possible. We haven’t had any complaints regarding bluetooth connections in a long time now.
Please consider trying the latest app :)

Ever since using the latest version I have had no issues. would be nice to connect over wifi in future
