Add Folders to Recipe Tab#218

Creating recipes is fun, but after years of brewing the list of recipes can pile up. Right now you can filter the ones you created but it would be even better if you could add tags or similar to create folders for the recipe. For example one folder could be your standard brews, an other all your experiments, or one per type of beer. I think organisation of recipes could be better and using folders or similar based on tags would solve this :) Thank you!
